Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We truly appreciate you mentioning that you’re not calling the food poor, but that it simply did not suit your pet.
As discussed over our call, Rex is a 16-year-old German Spitz with a sensitive medical history, including prostate concerns, with history of stone removal, liver sensitivity, skin issues, a past implant procedure, a phase with hypoallergenic diet and ongoing Chinese Aroma Therapy sessions.
Given Rex's age and health background, his digestive system is likely to be more delicate, and even small dietary transitions can sometimes lead to digestive upset.
Our recipes are nutrient-dense and made with real-food ingredients, and senior dogs—especially those with slowed metabolism or existing sensitivities—often require a very gradual transition, sometimes over 10–14 days or more, ideally under veterinary supervision.
That said, every furbaby is unique, and we always prioritise the pet’s comfort first. If a food does not suit a pet, discontinuing it is absolutely the right decision.
We respect your careful approach and are grateful you gave us the opportunity to understand Rex’s case personally.
We’re always here to support you and wish Rex continued comfort and good health.
